To solve technical issues, attach to the letter:
- Required: file with log "log.txt": My documents > TryMovie > L2R_bot > profiles > Your profile name > log.txt
- Desirable: a screenshot/video of the problematic of the moment.
Account is linked to another device:
- Login and reset the binding in control panel.
- Reset binding is possible once a month except in cases with the reason.
If possible, attach a video to the message (even if it was taken on your phone) that shows the emulator and the bot's status bar — the problem will be solved many times faster.
